COLD CHICKENSALAD

500 gram boiled chicken

1 decilitre cremé fraiche

Mayonnaise

ACCESSORIES:

½ fresh pineapple

8 slices of Bacon

# Cut the chicken into nice pieces and put them in a dish.

# Mix cremé fraiche with a little bit of mayonnaise and put it on the chicken

# Grill the bacon

# Cut the pineapple

# Put the bacon and pineapple on the chickensalad

 

Salmonsalad

1 packet of frozen peas

1 teaspoonful Salt

1/2 teaspoonful Sugar

1 small head of Lettuce

150 gram smoked Salmon (in slices)

3 Tomatoes

1/2 Cucumber

2 hardboiled Eggs

1 Lemon

MARINADE:

3 tablespoonful Olive oil

1 tablespoonfull Dill-Vinegar

Salt

Pepper

Dill

# Boil the eggs with salt and sugar for 5 minutes

# Place the salad on 4 plates

# Place the salmon nice on the 4 plates

# Cut the tomatoes, eggs and lemon into small boats and cucumber in slices. place them around the salmon

# Place the peas on the plate

MARINADE:

# Mix the oil and vinegar and add salt and pepper.

# Put the marinade on the salmonsalad

# Put the salmonsalad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

# Put dill in the top of the salad

Danish open sandwiches are a Danish speciallity. Here are some ideas if you want to try. You need slices of bread and butter.

2. 3 Slices of roast beef, remoulade, horse radish, cucumber-slices, tomato-boats, cress.

3. One hole egg in slices, mayonnaise, shrimps, 1 lemon-slice, cress.

4. Big slice of liver pâté, slices of mushrooms, 2 slices of bacon.

5. 3 slices of roast pork, red cabbage, a slice of orange.

6. 1 fillet of a fish, remoulade, cucumber-slice, 1 lemon-boat
